Dead River has renewed their earlier offer for oil pricing and extended it until August 31, 2010.

After weeks of negotiating with Dead River we finally received a lock-in rate offer. Dead River’s intent is to hold this quote until August 31. Please review the Fixed Price Plan document, there are exceptions.

Their Commercial Credit Application would need to be completed by those that do not currently have a charge approved account with them. This would need to be completed and approved before they can lock gallons. Here is a copy of the Fixed Price Agreement, to be filled out. If you want to participate in the Rack + $.25, you need to fill out the credit application and include your property addresses on a separate sheet of paper.

It is advised not to wait until the last day to lock and to complete these forms, because the rate might not remain available. This price is for the Scarborough district, which delivers south to the Saco line and north to the Freeport line and west to the Casco line.
